Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are manufacturer, we have one of the largest OEM factory in China's building materials industry.
Q: What are the main materials of your doors and Windows?
A: At present, our doors and Windows mainly use high-performance UPVC profiles/broken bridge aluminum
profiles, standard hollow tempered white glass, low-e glass, using imported hardware accessories or Chinese
top brand hardware.
Q: What's your monthly production/supply capacity?
A: About 5000sqm/month.
Q: What's your policy for samples? A: We can provide free samples as your request, please contact us to talk
about the specific policy.
Q: What can you do for me if the windows were damaged when I open the container ? A: If the windows were
damaged when you received,Please send us photo and we will replace you new one freely.
Q: What's your payment term? A: Payment≤1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment≥1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,
balance before shipment. We accept 30% deposit by T/T before mass production, the balance paid before
loading(L/C at sight is available)
